1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Console.rip, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Console.rip provides a platform for the trading of Google Play Console accounts. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of blocked, restricted, or suspended console accounts.
- We accept accounts with status: Restricted, Dormant, Suspended, Verification Pending, Under Investigation
- We do NOT accept: Terminated accounts or Fresh Console 2024+ accounts
- Standard payment: $200 per eligible console account
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user of our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Submit valid console status proof
- Transfer complete Gmail account credentials upon agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to defraud or mislead our service
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment methods accepted:
- Bank Transfer (worldwide)
- USDT (TRC20/ERC20)
Important: Payment is made only after successful verification and account transfer. No negotiations on pricing.
5. ACCOUNT TRANSFER PROCESS
The transfer process follows these steps:
- Submit console status proof
- We verify eligibility and contact you within 24 hours
- You provide complete Gmail account credentials
- We process payment of $200
Note: You must provide Gmail credentials first before receiving payment.
6. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Console accounts must meet the following criteria:
- Created in 2023 or earlier
- Have valid blocked status (see accepted statuses above)
- Complete Gmail account ownership
- Valid status proof documentation
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Console.rip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
All transactions are confidential. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete transactions. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
